Fox Jazz Festival 2013 - C Sharp Photo Contest

The contest is open to the public & professionals from Aug 31 – Sept 1, 2013.

Photos should depict/showcase a wide range of Fox Jazz Fest activity/events. Opportunities to take photos include: festival set-up Friday, Aug 30, festival Saturday August 31, Fox Jazz Jam Saturday evening, festival Sunday Sept 1 and take down Sunday immediately following the final band.

All qualifying entries will be showcased on our Fox Jazz Festival Facebook page and website.

Contest photos will be judged by local experts and the top 3 photos will be displayed at the 2014 Fox Jazz Festival, our website, our Facebook page, and other PR opportunities.

Photos may also be displayed on our website and used in future online and print marketing materials.

        Contest Details:

• Entries must be received by October 1, 2013
• Enter as many photos as you would like
• Photos may be color or black and white
• Entries must not be entered in another contest
• E-mail entries to: foxjazzphoto@yahoo.com
• Submit photos in jpg or jpeg format
• When emailing submissions, it's not necessary to fill out an entry form, but be sure to include your name, address, and phone number in the e-mail and use your last name followed by photo contest in the subject line
• The photo must be taken during 2013 Fox Jazz Festival activities/event, and must in its entirety be a single work of original material taken by the contestant
• Submission of the photo allows Jazz Corner Society (the nonprofit that hosts) Fox Jazz Festival to publish the photo online, on Facebook, on our web site, and future marketing materials without compensation to the contestant
• Fox Jazz Festival may use the photo in connection with the contest and promotion of the contest
